This page describes the methods and logic of processing personal data of users (hereinafter also referred to as users) who visit the site dresstail.com (hereinafter also referred to as the Site).

This is an information notice provided pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ‘General Data Protection Regulation’ (hereinafter GDPR) and the current Italian legislation on the protection of personal data, Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, in particular those introduced by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018, to those who interact with the site starting from the address dresstail.com and not for other external and possibly linked websites.

The data controller of personal data is the company Dresstail Srl represented by Mauro SoffiĆ , located at Via Canalino 45, 41121 Modena (MO) with email contact mauro@dresstail.com

2. Types of Data and Purposes of Processing

All personal data provided through the Site will be processed lawfully and fairly in order to provide the requested services and to respond to users’ communications and inquiries.

  1. Data provided voluntarily
    Through the Site, it is possible to send emails via the appropriate contact form.
  2. Browsing data
    This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and IT environment. Browsing data is acquired not for the purpose of identifying users, but solely to collect, in an anonymous and aggregated form, statistical information on the use of the site and its services. These data are collected directly through the site and stored on a service owned by Dresstail.

The data collected through this website are not shared or disclosed under any circumstances.

All information that could be considered personal data or that could contribute to personal identification is anonymized or replaced with randomly generated pseudonyms before being collected and stored.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (as per Italian Law under EU GDPR)

For personal data provided by users via email messages or completion of the contact form, the legal basis is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) as the user is required to give explicit consent regarding the submission of the form itself.

4. Processing Methods

Personal data is processed with electronic tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small text files that the sites visited send to the user’s terminal, where they are stored, to be retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit.

6. Rights of Data Subjects

Data Subjects (natural persons to whom the data refers), pursuant to Article 15 and following of the GDPR, can exercise their rights at any time and in particular, the right to access their personal data, to request its rectification or restriction, updating if incomplete or incorrect, and deletion if collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose its processing, subject to the existence of legitimate reasons by the Data Controller.

There is also the possibility to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, following the procedures and instructions published on the official website of the Authority at www.garanteprivacy.it.
The exercise of rights is not subject to any form constraint and is free of charge.

This Policy is subject to updates in compliance with regulatory or legislative provisions.
